⚠️ Clinical Contraindications
- Shoulder Impingement: Keep the extension in a pain-free range; skip if there is active shoulder pain.

Setup Instructions
Lie supine on the carriage holding the straps with elbows bent by the ribs, palms facing the ceiling.
Execution Instructions
Extend the elbows straight down toward the carriage, then bend with control, keeping the upper arms still.
Teaching Cues
Form
"Keep the upper arms glued to the ribs — only the forearms move."
Control
"Extend fully without locking the elbows."
Breath
"Exhale as the elbows extend, inhale as they bend."
Modifications & Progressions
Lighter Spring (Regression)
Reduce the spring to keep the extension controlled.
Slow Tempo (Progression)
Slow the extension and hold at full extension for two breaths.
