David's Second Lesson

QA Colleagues

  1. Instruction 1) Pilates should be relaxing and enjoyable, nothing should be painful. If you feel any pain in your wrists or knees then stop and re-adjust or take a break and try again. 2) Never hold your breath. With Pilates breathing is very important so make sure that you are always breathing and try to connect your breath with the movement 3) Control the movement of the carriage and straps by not allowing the momentum to carry you. Instead, find your own pace, go nice and slow, and don't worry about the speed of your neighbours
  2. Setup change Springs: 1 Green and 1 High Yellow · Footbar: Medium-High
  3. Exercise Footwork: Ankle Extension
  4. Exercise Footwork: Heels-Lifted Press
